Account terms

Version 2026-10-13 · ZIYØN SAS

These terms govern access to Ouviora staff accounts and invited client portal accounts. They do not replace a construction contract, a quote, invoice terms or a separate subscription order.

Operator and scope

Ouviora is operated by ZIYØN SAS, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France (RCS Paris 978 303 923). An organization administrator accepts these terms for the organization when creating an account. An invited client uses the portal under the access granted by that organization.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in codes and devices secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Organization administrators manage team roles, client invitations and resource sharing. Use only access you are authorized to use.

Your content and responsibilities

The organization remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights in the site, client, photo, receipt, quote and invoice information it enters. The organization decides which client contacts may view shared material. Ouviora provides workflow and document tools; the organization remains responsible for reviewing and issuing compliant commercial documents and meeting its professional obligations.

Offline work and availability

The mobile app can retain supported actions on a device until synchronization. A queued action is not recorded on the server until synchronization succeeds; conflicts or validation errors may require review. Keep a suitable connection before relying on submitted data or sending a document. We may maintain or update the service and will communicate material interruptions where reasonably possible.

Payments and third parties

Bank transfer instructions on a document belong to the issuing organization. If online payment is enabled, a separate payment provider hosts the payment page and confirms the result to Ouviora; a browser return alone is not proof of payment. Any paid Ouviora subscription, price and cancellation terms are set out in a separate order or offer before purchase.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The organization retains rights in its content. It grants ZIYØN the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content to provide the service. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content or interfere with other users. ZIYØN retains rights in the Ouviora software and branding.

Suspension, closure and changes

We may restrict access when necessary to protect security, comply with law or address a serious breach, and will explain the reason when lawful and practicable. Contact us to request account closure and an export of available organization data. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new version and communicated before they take effect where required.

Law and contact

French law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes are handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Contact ZIYØN SAS at contact@ziyon.fr or at its registered address above.
